Coaching That Meets You Where You Are…

As a Certified Master Life Coach, and a parent of two autistic kids, I support fellow parents who are doing their best, but still feel stretched thin.

Inside my one-on-one coaching and monthly group calls, we talk about boundaries, burnout, and how to take care of you in a world that wants you to come last.

Whether you're neurodivergent, raising someone who is, or both, you’re welcome here.

  • Discover routines and practices that fit seamlessly into your life.

  • Learn how to manage stress, stay grounded, and handle the all the challenges that come your way.

  • Find practical ways to fit self-care into your busy schedule when you can’t leave the house and don’t have childcare. You can have self-care even on your most challenging days as a parent.

  • Discover effective techniques to help you relax and recharge. I'll show you actionable self-care strategies that can help turn even your most challenging days around.

  • Parenting your autistic child can often feel lonely and isolating. It’s hard to do this parenting thing alone…and you don’t have to anymore!

AI Powered Homeschool

Spoiler: it totally could.

Suddenly, I was personalizing learning plans, adjusting curriculum, and keeping my neurodivergent kids engaged…all without burning myself out.

No one else was talking about using AI this way. So I built the thing I needed. In my spare time, lol!

Now, AI Powered Homeschool is run by a smart, scrappy team that helps other parents do the same: make homeschooling easier, more flexible (and affordable!), all while personalizing lessons for their unique kids.

I started using AI in my business to save time (and brainpower), and honestly? It made everything easier.

Naturally, I wondered…could this help with homeschooling too?

Fair Care Idaho

I never set out to become a policy advocate, but when the supports that keep families like mine going came under threat, I knew I couldn’t stay quiet. Today, I serve as President and co-founder of Fair Care Idaho, a grassroots nonprofit coalition working to protect and strengthen the caregiving systems so many of us rely on.

My advocacy is personal! As a mom raising two autistic kids and a caregiver myself, I know firsthand how fragile these supports can feel. At Fair Care Idaho, we’re bringing families and allies together to make sure our stories shape policy, not the other way around.
